Shipping Methods

We deliver both in-stock items and pre-order items. Delivery times depend on how the item is produced.

In-Stock Items (UK Fulfilment)

Items that are already in our UK warehouse are shipped quickly.

International

• 5–10 business days

All orders are shipped via trusted delivery partners and include tracking once dispatched.

Pre-Order Information

Some items on our store are offered on a pre-order basis. Pre-order products are not shipped immediately and are produced as part of a scheduled manufacturing run.

Estimated delivery times for pre-order items:

UK: 3–5 weeks

International: 4–6 weeks

Shipping costs for pre-order items are shown at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Wolf Inc pieces. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition with tags and packaging

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@wolfincofficial.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 working days after we receive your return for the refund to appear.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are made specifically for you.

Because of this:

Pre-order items are not eligible for refunds

• Exchanges are available for size or defects only

If there is a production issue or delay, you will be notified and offered a refund or alternative.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll sort it for you.
